About Blu Ocean
Our modest start began over 20 years ago, located in a small garage from Bartlett, IL. We embarked on a mission to keep our waters clean and free from contaminants. Our focus was mainly on the oil and hazardous chemical by-products created from air compressor condensate drained into our sewers and groundwater daily.
To date, we have helped industries protect our most precious resource—water, with more than 55,000 oil-water separators supporting 100,000 compressors across the US. That may sound monumental towards our goal, but it doesn't come close to the 1.3 million air compressors not collecting oil and chemical condensate.
Since that time, we have broadened our focus and expertise to help customers transform their compressed air system into a world-class, energy-efficient, and environmentally responsible solution.
Why are we so passionate?
It's two-fold. Foremost, we want organizations to be as successful as possible by utilizing untapped resources and the expertise Blu Ocean can offer. But, equally as important is to be environmental leaders supporting surrounding communities, protecting our drinking water, and reducing the environmental impact of wasted energy.
